No. Absolutely not. Smoking weed will not make you a better skateboarder, as many actually believe. However, it could reduce anxiety and pain and dull the fear factor. I am not saying it is wise to be less scared of trying a new trick or transition, but sometimes it is more comfortable.

The truth is, there aren't too many skateboard designs with the weed leaf on it. And if there is, they sell for a short time. I have removed and added a bunch of different weed skateboards from this list because they have gone out of production.
